CMM - (Coordinate Measuring Machine )

Dimensional quality control is only as good as the equipment. At GrayGo we use a Xorbit 1000 with a PH20 Multi-Angle head. Our 'clean room' temperature is set at a constant 68-72° F to insure thermal stability of both the equipment and test sample. The measuring footprint is 800mm/31.5" X 1000mm/39.4" X 700mm/27.6" and is calibrated to within 3.2 um. Part surfaces can be selected manually or automatically using a download from any major CAD software. Reports are provided upon request.
